Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu (No Room Tour)

Here is the reveal! My next pick and last night in Kota Kinabalu. It’s by far the most luxurious property I ever stayed in! Because the price was right for me! 1 King Bed, City View, Guest Room without Breakfast for 311.64 MYR!

I was so excited to share with you my experience but… I lost the photos 😭 , I had it back up to my dropbox before I deleted it from my SD card, I had a huge backlog of posts and when I finally got the time to blog, I realised that I added the wrong photos in the album, the correct one might have been deleted, I was a month too late to fix it. I was very disappointed but… hey! it happens and this gives me a good reason to revisit this property again sometime in the future.

Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu Arrival

During check-in, the lovely staff told me they have a lucky draw for elite members, Wow! I won a Club Access for 2 persons and breakfast was also included. There was also a special cocktail session with the management team but I didn’t attend.

Club Lounge: Evening Cocktail 5:30-7:30 pm

I arrived 30 mins before sunset, it was such a wonderful way to wind down and yes I had ALOT of drinks 😛

I’m only a Silver member so I would have to pay for breakfast and whenever I am in Malaysia I normally would eat out. This was complimentary and I can’t wait to dig in! I arrive around 8:45 am and It was very crowded, the staff was very helpful to find and reserve a seat for me. I ordered a cup of Cappucino and was served to my table.

A wide selection of food! I came for breakfast hungry and left bloated.

Thoughts

It’s such a shame that I couldn’t share any of the room photos as it’s all taken with my better handheld camera, overall I had a wonderful stay and left Kota Kinabalu with a big smile!
