Citadines is under the Ascott Star Rewards Membership Programme. I signed up for the program back in 2020. I only made three bookings in 3 years. I don’t frequent this brand enough to maintain a higher status. Benefit as a Classic Member, I still receive a 25% off Birthday e-Voucher each year and I will utilise the voucher to lower my room rate for this booking before it expires in less than a week.
I did a search and ASR offers a one-time status match. I requested a status match with my IHG Diamond and it took 4 days to process and was upgraded to ASR Platinum, which is the highest tier in this program. I booked the cheapest room which is a Studio Deluxe and with the Platinum Tier benefit I was granted a room upgrade to a One Bedroom Executive

Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. It is easily accessible by tram from Southern Cross Station or Coach Station. The trip is within the city’s Free Tram Zone so you don’t have to purchase a ticket.

I didn’t get the chance to use the rest of the facilities and share my full experience. It’s equipped with a Gym, an Indoor Heated Lap Pool and a Sauna.
Complimentary washing machine & drier on every 3rd floor of the building, approach the front desk if you need laundry powder
