I booked directly with Hilton and got the base-level Guest room, they have upgraded me to an Executive Room. With my Gold Honors benefits, I can do the check-in process in the Executive Lounge (5th floor). They have provided such impressive hospitality and not to forget the famous warm chocolate chip cookie I receive upon check-in – a signature DoubleTree touch.
