Arrival

As a GHA Titanium member, I will be given a double room upgrade however during the time of my stay the room was full and instead I was given a triple upgrade instead to a Lifestyle Suite King room. This room type comes with COLLECTION Club lounge privileges and I would assume that I am not entitled to this privilege since the staff who check me in didn’t mention this either. Nevertheless, it was a really nice gesture. Now back to the room!
